Pawhuska resident ANNA MARIE REDEAGLE, 61, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2009 at her home.
Anna was born June 1, 1948 in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Dean Branson and Doris RedEagle. While in California, she worked as a county typist clerk for many years. In her spare time, Anna loved to sew and do beadwork. She also liked spending time in the outdoors and at the beach.
Surviving family are: Her children: Stacy Rodriguez and Jono Charles Coker; Her brother: Joseph Strickland; Her grandchildren: Annaelisa Rodriguez, Mackenzie Escobar, Miguel Rodriguez, Stephen Coker and Carly Coker; Her great grandson: Slade Mullin; And a host of other family and friends. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, and two siblings, Charles Watts and Cora Strickland.
Rosary will be recited Monday, August 31, at 7:00 PM at the Indian Camp Chapel, Pawhuska. Traditional Indian Services will be held Tuesday, September 1, at 8:00 AM, also at Indian Camp Chapel. Mass will follow at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Pawhuska. Father Chris Daigle and Eddie RedEagle will officiate the services.
